How do I create a Quiqclean Account?

When you book service an account is automatically created for you. Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go. Alternatively you can create and log into your account at this link https://quiqclean.com/login/.

Do you service my area?

If you’re within the London area, absolutely. If we can reach your home within one hour of London, you’re in like Flynn! : -).

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Bedroom, Living Room & Common Areas

•Hoover & clean all floor surfaces

•Remove dust & clean on all visible surfaces

•Wipe down all mirrors and class fixtures

•Take out rubbish and make recycling

•Make the bed-sheets will not be changed unless specified

Bathroom & toilets

•Hoover & clean all floor surfaces

•Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures

•Wash and sanitize the toilets, sink, shower & tub

•Remove dust & clean on all visible surfaces

•Take our rubbish and recycle

Kitchen

•Load up dishwasher or do the dishes

•Wash sink, tap and clean all visible surfaces

•Hoover & clean all floor surfaces

•Wipe down exterior of stove, over and fridge

•Take out rubbish and recycle

Extras

You can pick one or more cleaning extras for a deeper clean.

Each extra adds between 30 min to 1 hour to your booking.

For safety or legal reasons, QuiqClean cannot offer the following services: Exterior window cleaning, outdoor cleaning, deep stain removal, insect or mold removal.

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website..

How can I view my Quiqclean Gift Cards?

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

Absolutely. Simply enter your coupon (giftcard) code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any giftcards you have..

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation ssl. Secondly our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously..
